1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on sb999. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. sb999 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all but the original account will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

4.3 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.

• Attempting to reverse, recall, or dispute a valid and completed deposit transaction through your payment provider (chargebacks), particularly where winnings have already been generated from the deposited funds.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in sports betting markets to generate profit without genuine intent to wager at the correct odds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your sb999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to standard KYC verification. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sb999 will attempt to notify the member via their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates the account by logging in and completing a verification step. Members wishing to permanently close their account before the dormancy period elapses should contact support proactively.

8.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closures

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the sb999 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the member will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
